1) How do i install Hyper64?

First of all, you must copy the library files included
in the Hyper64 package to the Delphi\Lib directory, they
  should look something like this:

    Delphi\Lib\Hyper64 - Hyper64 lib files
    Delphi\Lib\GraphicEx - GraphicEx lib files
    Delphi\Lib\DirectX7 - DirectX7 lib files

Run your Delphi compiler and goto the Tools menu
then press on Environment Options, now select
the Library page were you should see "Library Path:"
written in a label, add the following string to
  the existing path's:

    ;$(DELPHI)\Lib\Hyper64;$(DELPHI)\Lib\GraphicEx;$(DELPHI)\Lib\DirectX7

After this, when you write your programs using Hyper64 you must
include it in the uses clause, for example:

    uses Windows, SysUtils, ...etc..., Hyper64;

   It should be ready!

2) Why is Hyper64 so easy?

   Believe me, IT'S NOT!!!!

3) Why don't you make a DLL version?

The DLL version of Hyper64 is already being
developed by HybRid-2k, a fellow programmer.
The final DLL should (i hope) have headers for:

     - Free Pascal, Delphi, Visual Basic and Visual C++
       (all Win32 targets)
