baserunner is being distibuted as shareware. baserunner is free for personal use and may be freely distributed as long as all documentation and copyright notifications remain in place.
For any other uses registration is required after a reasonable evaluation period. Everyone who purchases a paid registration of baserunner will receive priority support.

You may also register baserunner at this level for personal use to receive priority support services from baserunner and support the continuing development of baserunner. On registration, you will recieve instructions to remove the link to baserunner.com from baserunner's output.
Registration for any commercial or government use of baserunner requires a payment of a $60.00 registration fee. The standard license covers any commercial or government use of baserunner. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the various hardware and software environments into which baserunner may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED. Please see the baserunner license page for details about the registration levels. If you choose, after registration, to change to a server using a different operating system (e.g., you decide to move you site from a Windows host to a Linux host), you may switch to the new OS version at no charge: simply send a message to baserunner so that we can update our records, and download the software you wish to use (if you wish to use baserunner on different sites operating under different OS's, you need to register both).
