** Overview
******************
This has been test on Windows 9x, ME, NT, Win2k operating systems.

The actual shutdown process will perform the type of action
selected by the user. If there are any problems, then a second
attempt will be made after the FORCE or FORCEIFHUNG parameters
have been added (based on operating system) to the current shutdown
parameters. If there is still a problem, then the application will
try to get to the power off prompt as a last resort.

This application can be used as a "leave-alone" reboot. I wrote
this to automatically reboot my mail servers after a backup.

Just call this application from another program when you
want to reboot your system. You do not have to be present.
If you are, you have a displayable 10 second countdown in
which to change your mind.

This application will now accept an optional command line switch:

    /L Logoff network
    /R Reboot (Default value)
    /S power down the machine

Only one switch is accepted so you cannot combine them. I have included a couple batch files that use the /L and /S switch as
a demonstration.

This is my way of saying thank you for your efforts. I would
appreciate the same consideration.

Read all of the documentation within this program. It is very
informative. Also, if you learn to document properly now, you
will not be scratching your head next year trying to figure out
exactly what you were programming today. Been there, done that.
