** Modifications
******************
16-APR-2001 1.0 Original application

24-APR-2001 1.1 Fixed a bug in calculating total number of seconds.
Increased the time limits to 45 days, 23 hours,
59 minutes, 59 seconds. Add a new property to the
timer class for days. Added a lot of documentation.
                  Fixed the display while minimized.

25-APR-2001 1.2 Redesigned display because of a loss of control when
working with too many hidden controls within a frame.

Example: I would click on the checkbox and the
cursor would jump to the first action
item or the GO button; however, the only
event that would fire would be the check
box click event. Figure that one out!

Updated the clsTimer class to perform one more calc
display when successfully finished and no updates
                  if requested to stop.

29-APR-2001 1.3 Fixed output display of text boxes with an ELSE
                  statement in the frmMain.Calc_Time() routine.
Added a more robust routine to look for a previous
active instance of this program. See basMain()
(My new standard for basMain.bas modules).
Updated form properties to minimize the form.
                  Updated clsReboot class module.

** Overview
******************
This is just another shutdown control manager. It has been
tested on Windows 9x, me, NT and 2000 operating systems.

The actual shutdown process will perform the type of action
selected by the user. If there are any problems, then a second
attempt will be made after the FORCE or FORCEIFHUNG parameters
have been added (based on operating system) to the current shutdown
parameters. If there is still a problem, then the application will
try to get to the power off prompt as a last resort.

The maximum time limits are 45 days, 23 hours, 59 minutes, 59 seconds.

If you want to shutdown immediately, then start the application
and select the GO button using zero values.

If you want to set a specific shutdown time, then use the text boxes
to enter the number of days, hours, minutes and seconds.

If you want to shutdown at a specific time based on the calendar,
then select a date and time to shutdown.

The number of days, hours, minutes and seconds always recalculated
when the GO button is selected. This will explain why the shutdown
date and time get changed.

This is my way of saying thank you for your efforts. I would
appreciate the same consideration.

Read all of the documentation within this program. It is very
informative. Also, if you learn to document properly now, you
will not be scratching your head next year trying to figure out
exactly what you were programming today. Been there, done that.
