1)
This control is designed to help you create auto-hide toolbars.
You can use it for a control in a form or directly for the form. If you want to use it for a control, you must set the referencecontrol property to the control. The control is automatically refreshed when the desktop resizes.

The control has the following properties:

-AlwaysonTop: If control reference is a form (if you haven't given a value to "ReferenceControl property" it is referenced to a form) the form will be always on top

-Animate: If true, it opens and closes the toolbar with a slide animation.

-Detail: The detail of animation. Be careful smaller values are more detailed.

-Enabled: If set to false, the referenced control will not drop down when the mouse is over it, or be hidden when the mouse is under it. However, the referenced control will still be enabled for all of its own properties and methods.

-PixelperSec: This property changes the animation speed of the toolbar.

-Where: This property changes the location of toolbar (top, bottom, left, or right)

-inForm: Not avaible in design time, read only at run time. This property automatically changes to true when the "ReferenceControl" property is set to an object and set to false if "ReferenceControl" is set to nothing.

-Opened: Not avaible in design time, read only at run time. True if toolbar is opened else it's false.

-ReferenceControl: Not avaible in design time. If the value is different from Nothing then this property uses the referenced control to make the auto hide toolbar and automatically changes "inForm" property to true. If nothing, the form itself becomes a drop down toolbar.

The control has the following methods:

-CloseToolbar: Closes (hides) toolbar.

-OpenToolbar: Opens (shows) toolbar.

-Refresh: Refreshes toolbar.

The control has the following events:

-CloseAnimateStarts:Fired when toolbar starts the closing animation.

-CloseAnimateEnds	:Called when toolbar ends the closing animation. It will fire even when animate is false.

-OpenAnimateStarts	:Fired when toolbar starts opening animation.

-OpenAnimateEnds	:Fired when toolbar ends opening animation. It will fire even when animate is false.
2)
You must avoid doing the following:

-Placing this control in a container.

-Setting the "ReferenceControl" property to an object which is in a container.

-Maximizing the form when the "Enabled" property is true.
3)
You must do the following in order for this control to run correctly.

-Use "Refresh" in the form_load procedure.

-Set enabled to false when you will set the referencecontrol property later than the form_load procedure.

-Use "DoEvents" during long operations and after using "CloseToolbar" or "OpenToolbar" methods. This is not necessary when "Animate" property is false.

-The toolbar never be "ZOrder"ed if it's referenced to a control in the form; you must put it on top.
4)
-You can create an auto hide menu bar with this control.

-Make a pin button. If it's selected then set desktoolbar control's "Enabled" property to false else set the "Enabled" property to true. It will like Internet Explorer's auto hide toolbars (e.g., History tool bar). See frmTest in the example client for an example.

-You can make a virtual TASKBAR by using this control.
