This is a partly finished (working) extension to the ListView common control
(ver 4.70+) that allows a user to edit all the columns in a control set to
Report or List view. (Normally you can only edit the 1st column - the item itsself,
and in List view, any subitems are hidden)

You user can Re-Order or Resize the Columns anytime at runtime, the Edit window will pick
this up and adjust itsself accordingly.

It's designed for VB6, as some values are passed as Array's. Remove the Array passing and
it'll work in VB5 just fine.

How to Run:

-Open the VB project group 'Group1' in VB

-'Group1' will load the following 2 projects:

'Project1' is a standard exe project with a VB6 ListView control to test the Class
'vtipcol' is a ActiveX DLL Project that produces the Edit window.

-Select 'Project1' and add a reference (Project->References) to 'vtipcol'

  -Run it.

-Click an Item in the list view

-On the Edit window that pops up, you can:
	-Edit all the Columns
-Click the Green Tick to write the new data back to the ListView
(Hitting Enter in an Edit box will do the same)
-Click the Red Cross to Quit without changing anything
-Click the Purple Arrow, keep it pressed and Drag to move the Edit window
-Right-Click the Purple Arrow to ReDock the Edit window to its original position
         after it's been moved

If you check the TT_HOVER_TIMER checkbox, this will set the TT_HOVER_TIMER
value to True. This Causes the edit window to auto unload when the mouse moves
        out of its area.

Glitches that I never got around to fixing;
-The Class doesnt derive the number of columns, it must be passed by the user
-Click on the bottom item, the edit window will pop up at the top of the control
this is prolly due to a mixup with the Item index somewhere.
-Some Long vars should be cast to Integers
-Redocking screws up if the Listview has been V_SCROLLED
-Some internal stuff is clunky and can be further optimised
-Some more
