You must have,

an http server running with php (version > 2 and < 4) support (width gd and mysql support)
a mysql database running

-decompress the archive into the temporary directory.

-name your big logo logo.jpg and place it into the images directory of the
distribution

-name your small logo (you can take the big logo and scaled it with gimp for
example) petit_logo.jpg and place it into the images directory of the
distribution

-execute the install script (see following example)

ex: when your $DOCUMENT_ROOT directory is /home/httpd/html (under redhat
linux)
issue :  /tmp/easysite-1.0/install /home/httpd/html

-create a new database for easysite in your mysql database.
-launch the script.sql script to create the hit table
mysql -u root < the_path_of_your_install_directory/script.sql the_name_of_the_database_your_just_created

-edit the file include/bd.inc and change in the file the content of
$DOCUMENT_ROOT with the path of your $DOCUMENT_ROOT http directory

-edit the file include/connexion.inc and modify the line with mysql_connect
and fill in your host, database, user and password values

that's all for the installation

For now for all your pages, all you have to do is to write the content of
the page and give this page the extension .html
Next write the following page with the extension .php3

<?
include "$DOCUMENT_ROOT/include/bd.inc";
faire_page ("the_path_of_your_html_page");
?>

that's all.

Of course, to have all your page well done, you must point to the php3
extension page.
