Freemed-YiRC Beta 0.13
----------------------

- 07/28/2000 Beta0.13
NOW COMPATIBLE WITH PHP4! Please see the ChangeLog for an IMPORTANT
note for PHP3 users! Freemed-YiRC should now work OK with PHP3 AND
	PHP4!
Fixed a MAJOR bug in which any additional staff added to the system
may not have been granted access to the Clinical CaseNote system.
Added an editor for Clinical CaseNotes! Editor has Individual and
Group specific functions. Give it a try!
The last time I checked, Freemed-YiRC now has over 20,000 lines of code!
Added image support for Clinical Casenotes! Now you can upload any
valid internet picture format (i.e. .jpg, .gif, or .png) and embed it
into your custom-designed Clinical Casenote Form!!!

- 07/22/2000 Beta0.12
Freemed-YiRC now has RELATIVELY good input scripts for use with the
custom Clinical CaseNote formats!!! This has been tested with BOTH
PostgreSQL & MySQL, and appears OK. I've tested with as many scenarios
as I can, and I think it's ready to be torn apart by you guys :)

A LOT of things in Beta0.11 DIDN'T WORK. I APOLOGIZE FOR THIS. I've
worked for NEARLY a MONTH trying to get this stuff to work well. I
hope it works as well as I think it will!

- 06/27/2000 Beta0.11
Freemed-YiRC now has an 'EXPORT' function for use with Clinical
Casenote designs. They're exported into an ASCII file in the 'usr'
directory in Freemed-YiRC. As with the 'DB' and 'img' directories,
the 'usr' directory MUST BE CHMOD 777 in order to be written to!

Freemed-YiRC now has a semi-function Clinical Casenote input screen!
This script will take your custom designed casenote form and let you
enter data into it! This is very beta-level software and there is no
error-checking implemented yet. However, there are a lot of very cool
	features!

- 06/09/2000 Beta0.10
Freemed-YiRC now creates SQL tables based upon the Clinical Casenote
designed by the user. It also creates a text file, not unlike
the 'makedb' scripts in DB/postgresql and DB/mysql. It creates an
SQL script with a name of 'makedb_ccn_X', where X is the NID of the
clinical casenote! It also puts this script in either the DB/postgresql
or DB/mysql directory, depending upon the value of $fydb_type...
SO, the subdirectory DB and all subdirectories under that (i.e. mysql
and postgresql) MUST BE CHMOD 777 so they can be written to by the
	web user 'nobody'!!!

- 05/26/2000 Beta0.09
Freemed-YiRC now has a VERY ALPHA LEVEL forms generator for Clinical
Casnote design! PLEASE READ 'CLINICALCCN' FOR MORE INFO!!!!

- 05/04/2000 Beta0.08
Freemed-YiRC now has integrated spell checking functions based on
	'ispell'!

- 04/14/2000 Beta0.06
	Freemed-YiRC now has a backup utility called 'fy_backup'. It's a
console command to be run under the Bourne Shell (i.e. 'sh' or 'bash').
Please read the file BACKUP for more!!!

- 04/06/2000 Beta0.04
Freemed-YiRC now accepts pictures to 'put a face with a name' for
	resident and staff specific contacts!
Pictures are stored in the img/contacts directory. This needs to
	be world writable (chmod 666)!

- 03/09/2000 Beta0.03
Freemed-YiRC now works with either MySQL or PostgreSQL.
This option can be switched in the freemed_yirc-vars.inc file.
	Freemed-YiRC now has a secondary menu 'grouphome.php3'.
This is the group menu. It's similar to the 'main.php3' in terms
that it basically gives one access to whatever they have permissions
	for (relating to groups).

- 02/23/2000 Beta0.01
	First public release of Freemed-YiRC.
