PHPTimeSheet is a web based system to keep track of workers time
on various jobs. All functions are accessible from a
standard web browser. The time information is stored in a MySQL
database.

Use:
The system is setup from the admin page. Create companies to
employ workers. There must be at least one company configured
in the system. Create workers. Each worker must be associated with
an employer. Create job id's. Once setup workers enter hours from the
main interface. A worker must first login. Once logged in, a time sheet
for the current week is displayed. The next week and last week links
display the next and last week. A week may also be selected from the
center list. Click on the Refresh button to rebuild the display.

To modify the hours for a day click on the edit link for that day.
This adds a day editor form for that day. Add a job id from the
select and or edit the hours for an existing job id. To remove
a job id from that a day set the hours to zero. Click on the
update button commit your edits to the database, or cancel to
abandon your edits.

Administration:
The administrative interface is through admin.php3. The admin
system is password protected. The password is set in the config.php3
file.

Companies, workers, and jobs may be added, deleted and modified. The edit
interfaces also display the number of hours each entity has
in the database.

Basic reporting functions also have been added. Reports may be generated for
workers, jobs, and companies.
