V0.9b - 17.7.2000
	- edhost.php3 wasn't changed to accomodate the changes to the host
table, resulting in new hosts not being created

V0.9a - 16.7.2000
	- new field for counting errors on host access
	- support for new field in collector, with new cmdline option "-e"
	  (disables consecutive error-messages after "n" errors, default=3)
	- extra digits in GB display (graphical overview)
	- weekday added to date in graphical usage overview
	- complete rebuild of port admin, changed to lots of JS-stuff
to reduce rendering overhead and endless scrolling
	- collector -W finally working (shouldn't initialize a global var
	  in a subroutine - continuously!)
	- new config option in global.php3 - select either JS-port-admin
	  or old non-JS table-version
	- first release of MRTG-like usage overview
	- on creation, a timestamp is saved with an interface; in the legacy
port overview, interfaces created less than a day ago are marked
green for easier access; in the new port admin, a new server entry
"new Ports" is available to display only newly created ports

V0.9 - 14.5.2000
	- new flag in hosts table, disabling a system temporarily
	- disabled system listed red in host overview
	- hidden ports listed red in full port overview
	- fixed a bug which displayed a port's daily throughput even
after the customer ID was changed to a different one
	- extended port names in ports-table to allow for longer names
(as needed for webserver-accounting as well as "Nokia M10 DSL
	  routers" [alambie@sgi.com])
	- extra <td> in getacct.php3 messed up the output table in IE5
	- for "0" values in graphical overview, browsers would display
	  oversized graphical bar
	- new Systemtype "Cisco", allowing for special handling and
automatical reading of interface description for port defs
	- in Cisco-mode, use Cisco-specifig MIB-field for port name
(otherwise problems with non-unique names on Catalyst 4k)
	- new romanian language file (tnx to George Tomus <gtomus@yahoo.com>)

V0.8 - 20.3.2000
	- on verbose output, collector displays newly created ports
	- changed getacct.php3 to use either raw or arc depending on the
	  current date
	- database changed to allow daily sums of more than MAXINT size
	- when deleting a customer, all related accounting data will now
be deleted, and the port customer field will be reset to 0
	- when deleting a host, all related ports will now be deleted
	- new option for collector to not display counter overrun warnings
	- new option to "hide" unwanted ports in the port overview
	- in port.php3, adding "?showall=1" displays hidden ports
	- new consolidation pages to compress raw data into archived data,
reducing disk usage to 1/12th; also functions to delete data
	  from raw and arc tables
	- fixed collector bug that created accounting data junk on clock
	  reset

V0.7 - 26.2.2000
	- added new field to hosts to allow for system-specific functions
(needed e.g. for Novell servers due to non-unique port names)
	- web-pages updated to allow editing this field
	- field length for port names extended to 32 byte

V0.6 - 14.2.2000
	- fixed core dump when a router/switch/host was not accessable
and the SNMP routine would return an empty string
	- added output of SQL-string to execute when too much data was
detected and the data was supposed to be inserted anyway

V0.5 - 13.2.2000
	- had a type-cast-problem in the fix for _fast_ ports and long time
spans, so actually, the overrun problem in the maximum byte
usage wasn't yet corrected in 0.4, but it is now. Anyway, you
should still make sure you run collector at timespans of 5-10
	  minutes

V0.4 - 5.2.2000
	- changed some typos in struc.sql (acct1 instead of acct as DB-name)
	- collector now stores localtime in raw database instead of GMT
	- for maximum bytes calculation, collector used an unsigned
long, which - for fast ethernet - would wrap around in less
than 6 minutes. Changed to unsigned long long, which should
allow for a couple of more minutes :-)
	- corrected an error in getacct.php3
	- admin-pages changed to use global config data (inspired by Alain
	  Cocconi)
	- new language file for french (tnx to Alain Cocconi)

V0.3 - 31.1.2000
	- two small errors in german language file and accounting-page
	  corrected
	- changed date selection to automatically use current year and
month as default (was hard-coded before)

V0.2 - 29.1.2000
	- added new fields on ports, counters for value overrun
	  (wrapi/wrapo)
	- changed collector to fill wrapi/wrapo
	- Bug: single character port IDs (e.g. from Cisco 19xx/29xx)
would be read with following Space, but wouldn't be recognized
later, as either MySQL or PHP pruned it; ports would not be
	  accounted. Fixed.
	- new accounting tool/pages to display IP usage
	- Code-cleanup done, PACT now only has one central config file
(global.php3) that contains all the customizable data.
	- Localization added, with english and german language files
included. Please let me know if you're willing to contribute
	  any additional language files...

V0.1 - 24.1.2000

	Initial release
