There is no ./INSTALL script for this (yet).
If you want to install it, there are serveral steps you will need to do.

in the directory when you put this, you will need to create the following directories

|-- BINARIES
|-- BUILD
|-- RPMS
| |-- i386
| |-- i486
| |-- i586
| |-- i686
| `-- noarch
|-- SOURCES
|-- SPECS
|-- SRPMS

Then chmod 777 these dirs, because the webserver will be created lots of files in them.

Then edit the config.inc to match your paths.
You will also need to edit the following files
binary-rpmrc, binary-macros, source-rpmrc and source-macros
In the rpmrc files edit the macrofiles: file to match your path.
In the macros files edit the %_topdir line to match your path.

From this point it should work (does for me), but dont expect it to. Just hope.
