phpWebLog by Jason Hines - http://phpweblog.org
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

First, a brief overview of what exactly phpWebLog is. Technically it is just
a small collection of PHP scripts. Using a MySQL database for the backend,
it allows for the site owner to install, and completely configure the site
through a user-friendly administration setup. The only definitions not
stored in the database are the database settings themselves and a few path
definitions. These are configured in common.inc.php.

The mission here was to be able to setup a news-orientated website, much like
slashdot, kuro5hin, etc in a matter of minutes with the flexibilty in mind
for the owner to personalize the site specifically to his/her tastes. sexy.

Currently, in it's infancy stages of development, there is alot to do, but
I plan to keep the base system very trim and simple.
