General notes about widgets
---------------------------
Widgets beginning with _ are hidden from the widgets_list function.

Naming: Try and keep all of peices of a widget starting with the same
name... i.e. nav_bar.ephp nav_bar.gif
so it is easier to manage them later on...

Notes on Static Widgets
-----------------------
.whtml - are blocks of HTML code that can contain widgets within them,
they contain no dynamic content (unless they have Dynamic widgets inside
them that is)

EXAMPLE: see margin_nav.whtml or any .whtml in the demo

Notes on Dynamic Widgets
------------------------
.ephp - are evaluated PHP files... they contain no start or end
<?PHP or ?> tags, just pure php code... They function by doing something
and returning a result in a variable by the name of the widget...

$t is declared as the template... so I would recommend not assigning
any values to it. Bad things (i.e. errors) will happen if you do.

EXAMPLE: see widgets_footer.ephp in the demo
