Description:

The program is designed for internal management of company's tasks and asignation of them to the workers.So that, in each moment, we have control of all task that exist, and to the worker of the task.

Main page:

Initially, webtasker2 ask for login and password, which supervisor introduced by management of users. Whenever, there are an initial user, called "admin", who starts the system.

In the main page you can see a list of tasks classified by:
Tasks assigned to user acceding the page
Tasks created by that user
Rest of tasks in case that user is supervisor

This list shows the following data related to the tasks:
Task's name
Creator
Assigned user(s)
State
Priority

Every task has a link to its 'Task management' page.

In this page is possible to create a new task if this doesn´t exist, acceding to page of managenment of tasks, where you would introduce the data.

Finally, link to 'User Management' page.

User Management page:

Only supervisors can accede to this page, who control each management of program.

There is a list of system users with the following datas:
Login
Password
Name
Surname
E-mail: used to notify changes in tasks
Supervisor: this field shows if user is supervisor or not

Then supervisor can:
Modify user data
Create new users: it´s requested, at least, login, name, surname and e-mail.

Gestión de tareas (Management of task):

This page is accesible from the main page and shows the information related to the selected task:
Name
Description: task's information that can to be of interest for all the users of this task
Task creator
Priority
State

Also a list of subtasks appears with the following information:
Name of user
Assigned subtask, which shows the work account the task of each user with a comment
State of subtask, which the task state depend on: if every subtask state is no initial the state of subtask is no initial, if every subtask state is end the state of task is end and the task state is initial in other case.

This data is modificable by the task creator or by any supervisor.
Every user can modify as well the datas of his assigned subtask.

The task's creator and every supervisor will be able to add users/subtasks to the main task.

E-mail:

Where a task is modified or deleted and a subtask is created,modified or deleted, a email is send to the users and owner.
If is modified or deleted a task by the owner,a email is send to the users os task. If is a superusers, a email is send to the owner so.
If is create,modified or deleted a subtask by the user, a mail is send to the owner. If is the creator, a email is send to the user and if is a superuser a email is send to both.
